He can’t go home and his only escape from the reality of the streets is heroin for which he steals, robs and prostitutes himself. Im 13 and my dad finds me to be anti social because I am always in my room either watching tv, writing in my diary, or reading novels. I have a few friends, but not a lot, so I dont text often. He wants to sign me up for tennis or basketball or some sport to get me socialized, and for me to stop writing in my diary or reading novels, because he wants me to tell my personal problems to my friends. Do you think Im antisocial? I’m kind of shy, and I dont really enjoy talking to people who arent my friends, just my friends
I wouldn’t call you anti-social. You are just more reserved then others. I mean, it depends is it because you really don’t want to be involved with more people, or because you are scared of some type of rejection? If it is the second on then yes. But I don’t know. Give Tennis a go, or something. (: Just have fun and do what you think is good for you.

I dont think so, you sound like me kinda. I dont have many friends, not a big people person, and write in my diary a lot too. =]. I think its normal as long as you dont hate people.
